Free Consultation Call

It's absolutely normal to feel unsure about a therapist before meeting them for the first time.

These free calls are meant to give us a chance to get to know each other before we commit to working together. We can discuss what you're looking for in therapy, my personal approach, and general logistics, but this is not a therapy session.

Couples Counselling

These sessions are 60 minutes long and can be done in-person or virtually over video-call. Each session costs $170 and is GST/HST exempt. During the course of couple counselling, I will typically see each person once individually following the first session before returning to couple sessions. Those individual sessions will be billed at $155 each.
